    You want a more flexible program to fit around your busy lifestlye.  

  • Be more 'Flexible, Fitter and Stronger'

    You may be new to stretching/core exercises or have experience in yoga and/or Pilates and want a physiotherapy led session which means exercises will be safe and effective.

  • Accounatability

    You know you need to work on your Flexibility, Balance, Core and Strength but want to stay on track.  Although this is online you are not alone! There will be check ins, coaching calls and a Private Facebook Group

  • What you Need Help with Right Now

    You want to keep doing the exercises/activities you love but need twork on your flexibility, core, strength and balance. This needs to fit around your current schedule. You need to work online with me

  • The Problems you have Right Now..

    You have some aches and pains, for example an ongoing back pain/postural issues or you are wanting to be proactive about your health.

  • What you Need Help with Right Now

    Improving posture, eliminating aches and pains, improving flexibility, core and/or balance.

    Then the programme that suits you best is the Adult Physiocore Class.  You can either attend once or twice per week.
